Please keep in mind that Cub Scouts is a volunteer organization.  Just as the Law of the Pack reminds the boys that "The Cub Scout helps the Pack Go," there is also a vital role for parents in guiding their sons through the requirements for their badges and stepping into leadership roles for the Den or the whole Pack.  Not only will you provide an example of leadership and service for your son, you will be helping to create a valuable, meaningful, and fun program for all the boys in the Pack.
